Delivery Policy
All our products are in stock and available for fast shipping. We strive to ensure that your order is shipped the same day.

Our customers typically receive their products within 2 business days.

Depending on your postal code, we may need to use a different carrier than usual, which could result in an additional delay of one business day.

The shipping rate is $7.95. Most of our orders are shipped via multiple providers such as, but not limited to, Purolator, UPS, Canada Post, FedEx, and others.

Customers dealing with us are required to be available at the time of delivery.

If the carrier decides to leave the package in an unsecured location and it is stolen, 2G Ink declines any responsibility to compensate the customer.

That is why we encourage you to have your order delivered to a safe location.

Return and Exchange Policy

At Encre 2G, all our products are made in Canada and come with a lifetime warranty against any manufacturing defects.

 

When purchasing products from us, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are buying the right product for your device.

No returns of unpackaged or used products will be accepted if the product is in perfect working condition.

Additional restocking fees will be charged for any non-defective returns.
